These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pinnacle Pressure Washing website and the services provided by Pinnacle Pressure Washing of Toledo. Please read them carefully. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
We provide residential and commercial exterior cleaning - including soft washing, pressure washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and related services - across Greater Toledo and the surrounding Northwest Ohio area. The specific work we perform is the work described in the quote or agreement you approve.
Quotes and estimates are provided free of charge and are not binding until the work is scheduled and confirmed. Estimates are based on the information available to us; if conditions at the property differ materially from what was described, we will discuss any change before proceeding. Quotes are valid for the period stated, or 30 days if no period is stated.
To complete your service, we typically need access to the areas being cleaned and to an outdoor water source. Because our work is weather-dependent, we may reschedule for rain, high winds, freezing temperatures, or other conditions that affect safety or quality. We will keep you informed and work to find the next suitable time.
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a service we performed, contact us within 7 days of completion and we will return to make it right. The guarantee covers the quality of our cleaning; it does not cover pre-existing damage, normal wear, or results limited by the condition of the surface.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless we agree otherwise in writing. For recurring or commercial accounts, payment terms will be set out in your service agreement.
We are fully licensed and insured and take great care with every property. However, some surfaces may have pre-existing damage, wear, or defects (such as failing seals, loose siding, oxidized paint, aged wood, or prior improper cleaning) that can be revealed or affected by cleaning. We are not responsible for damage arising from such pre-existing conditions, and we will point out concerns we notice before we begin. Some stains, oxidation, and deeply set discoloration may lighten rather than disappear entirely; we will always give you an honest assessment of expected results.
We may photograph completed work to showcase our services. These photos focus on the cleaned surfaces and do not identify you personally. If you would prefer we not use photos of your property, just let us know and we will honor your request.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to our services or this website will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Lucas County, Ohio.
